- 8 ml Altopresso Robusta
- 2 tbs Cocoa Powder
- 2 cups Chocolate chunks
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 20 g Salted butter
- 65 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- Put flour, eggs, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder into medium bowl, mix it well.
- Put butter and Altopresso Robusta haldinfoods into batter. Mix well until the batter is completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the batter into brownie pan, bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Rotate every 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, take out the fudgy brownies and serve it.
